Well, it looks like every fashionista’s bargain hotspot Forever 21 will be adding yet another designer collaboration to their list. The mega chain has teamed up with a number of designers from Brian Lichtenberg, Rory Beca, Hello Kitty and now Alex & Chloe.

Their newest effort will consist of a line of edgy and fashionable accessories from double-finger rings to spikes & rhinestones galore.
